The dulce de leche and cream cheese tartlet is tasty, but I would put a little less dulce de leche, although the cheese remains in the aftertaste, but disappears when eaten together, I liked the texture of the dough. The Opera cappuccino is really very good, for me it reminded me of my childhood, it was a great emotional rescue. The only downside to the experience is parking, very complicated.
In the Bueno sector of Goiânia: An excellent option for light meals, sweets, breakfast, and a pleasant evening gathering. A magnificent bistro with hot and cold drinks, good music, a pleasant atmosphere, very clean, and with impeccable service. I recommend making a reservation; opening hours are from 7 am to 6 pm. Open Monday to Friday from 7 pm; Saturdays and holidays from 8 am to 6 pm. Don't miss a delicious gastronomic experience.
We were having a quick lunch and ordered two toasts – one with steak and one with smoked salmon. Sofia complained about how well-done the meat was. They cook the meat, put it on a slice of bread, and then top it with cheese to gratinate... this makes the meat overcooked. She likes her meat rare... be careful if you order meat – ask them to have it medium-rare and remind them that when gratinating, they leave the meat a bit rare... otherwise, everything was delicious.
Every month I spend the day working at a different coffee shop in the city, and today it was Ópera's turn. I spent the whole day there (from 9 am to 5:30 pm) and received excellent service every time I needed it. In fact, all orders arrived quickly, even though the place was packed—which is quite rare in Goiânia. The menu is fantastic, with many food and drink options (especially those with coffee) and an incredible variety of beans, but unfortunately two items I wanted to order were out of stock (Brie Cheese Tartine and the creamy chocolate cake). They even have lunch options. The Caramel Cold Brew and the Jasmine Flower were great choices. The "Trem das Onze" combo met expectations. The cheesecake was okay. The atmosphere is beautiful, spacious, clean, and airy. The music could be a little quieter (the volume makes people talk louder). The Wi-Fi is good and stable, sufficient for making video calls without problems, and there are plenty of power outlets.

Loved this place, amazing food and decor! Perfect for a lunch special, afternoon snack or light meal, they have great breakfast options as well. I was not that impressed with the coffee I ordered, it was warm, not hot, but I’d give it a chance again for the coffee because they have many options.
Pleasant environment, great coffee and loveeely Brazilian MPB playlist. Service was on point.
Visited this place to meet with friends. Great atmosphere, Very well designed. Food was excellent and lot of variety on the menu of food and drinks. Definitely come back again.
Good coffee in general and multiple menu options. I tried a filtered coffee using the Koar method, which was unfortunately a bit cold. The place has a beautiful decoration, including hanging plants, numerous coffee brewing devices, and a terrace. Good option for a brunch. Last visit: The smell and taste of the French Press coffee I tried were amazing!
